Vivek Gaurav has 15+ years of cross-industry experience in Business Transformation, Supply Chain Strategy, Manufacturing, to name a few. Currently, he is the Director – Operations, Cipla Health Ltd.

Prior to joining Cipla Health Ltd., Vivek has been associated with various brands like General Mills, Marico, Colgate-Palmolive and Asian Paints. He is an industry leader having his interviews published in various National and International Business publications.

Vivek has expertise in setting up, integrating and operating Multi-Channel Supply Chains viz. Retail, Modern Trade, Pharma Wholesale, B2B, HORECA, Clinics, Shop-in-Shop, E-Commerce, Exports & Imports across Indian and Global MNCs.

Being a Life-enthusiast, Vivek has authored the book ‘Life Is A WordPlay. Go. Win.’ & loves delivering ‘Happiness Talks’ as a way of giving back to society. He has also been a founder of a Start-up in the food industry.

Vivek holds an MBA in Supply Chain from IIM- Mumbai. He graduated with a B.Tech in Industrial Engineering.
