A military veteran and the first woman officer to participate in VUCA operations during the Kargil War, Shubhra Agrawal comes with 14 years of experience in the Indian Armed Forces and over 11 years of multi-domain leadership in Corporate India. Leveraging her executive leadership experience, Shubhra is an indispensable leader orchestrating supply chain operations, global sourcing and procurement, catapulting organizational growth, where many of her initiatives have been replicated globally.

She is also a strong advocate of diversity and inclusion and some of her key strengths include stakeholder relationship and team management, contract management, negotiation, supplier relationship management, performance management, risk & compliance management and innovation and continuous improvement and digital transformation wrt AI. Shubhra is the co-author of a white paper named “The New Paradigm in Procurement” that was published in the Infosys Flagship Journal.

Shubhra completed her Bachelor of Science from Rajasthan Agricultural University, followed by postgraduation from SNDT Women’s University with specialization in Ergonomics from IIT Mumbai. She has also done PGDBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and Digital Transformation from ISB, Hyderabad
