Saleha Shaikh is the Founder of Dynamic Marine Solutions, a company based in Istanbul, Turkey, providing a range of services to the shipping industry in Turkey and UAE. She is also the Founder of the Women’s Wing at The Maritime Union of India, an ITF affiliated Trade Union for Seafarers, Saleha is passionate about Empowerment of Women in Maritime and welfare of Seafarers & their families.

Saleha set up a community support system for Seafarers and their families and organizes welfare initiatives through educational seminars and workshops. An advocate of Prevention of SASH in Maritime, Saleha speaks at international conferences and industry events on women seafarers, gender diversity, seafarers’ wellness and positive mindset.

Saleha has been ranked in the Top 100 Women in Shipping list for 2021 and featured in the Women in She-pping by NAFS Magazine, Greece.

She has been the recipient of the ‘Star Woman’ award by Samudra Manthan and also awarded as the ‘Trailblazer in Maritime’. She is also a Certified Maritime Coach and offers custom coaching program for Seafarers and Maritime students.
