Rachit Rungta is the Head – Central Supply Chain (Consumer Products) & Head – Network Planning at Reliance Retail . In his 18+ years’ of experience in Supply Chain & Operations, Rachit has striven to create value by managing complex operations, ensuring continuous improvement in supply chain performance and its alignment with business objectives.

Rachit has held leadership positions in the high-growth consumer product industry ranging from ecommerce, retail, electrical goods & cement where he had the opportunity to work on challenging business issues and their transformational solutions and in the process develop a strong understanding of supply chain nuances across diverse fulfillment channels (GT, B2C, B2B, Retail, Marketplace, B2B2C), their unit economics & cost structures.

He has led logistics teams managing primary, secondary, last mile & express delivery (courier) transport operations and warehouse inbound & outbound operations responsible for cost & service delivery. In the process, he developed strong skills in P&L management, capital budgeting & evaluation, EBITDA improvement & financial analysis.

Rachit graduated in Engineering from IIT Madras and did his Post Graduation in Management from the Indian School of Business (ISB).
