Ali has a proven track record of delivering significant cost savings, building strategic supplier partnerships, and implementing best practice procurement frameworks and tools.

As a senior supply chain leader, Ali has led critical initiatives, including GAP analysis, policy and procedure review, department restructuring, and ERP implementation. His negotiation skills were instrumental in securing major contracts for airport operations, contributing to a total savings of more than 25 million SR. Ali’s extensive background in logistics, material management, vendor development, and customs clearance, combined with his dedication to environmental sustainability, makes him a trusted leader in the field. Ali is also passionate about sharing his knowledge and expertise through consulting and training, empowering others to achieve supply chain excellence.
