With over two decades of professional experience, Saleh Althamer is an accomplished procurement and supply chain leader, known for his ability to optimize SCM operations and drive strategic growth across various industries. Currently, he is the Tendering, Procurement, and Contract General Manager (A) – Dammam Airport Company (DACO).

Saleh has played a key role in establishing and standardizing strategies for tendering, procurement, contract management, vendor relations, and sourcing, ensuring these functions support the broader organizational goals. He has successfully led the digital transformation of procurement functions, automating processes, approvals, and document archiving in line with Delegation of Authority (DOA) and policy standards. Saleh’s leadership has been pivotal in executing high-quality customer service levels, on-time delivery, and optimizing financial resource management to exceed customer expectations.

Saleh holds a Bachelor in Management Information Systems and Communications from the Rochester Institute of Technology, along with several other professional certifications.
