Dr. Dalia Ahmed Gheit is an internationally recognized expert, consultant, and trainer with 20 years of experience in business development and excellence across various sectors, including governmental, non-governmental, and private organizations in KSA, the Gulf area, Malaysia, and Uganda. Her expertise covers organization change management, re-engineering, supply chain and logistics, contracting, and quality assurance. She has held key roles such as Organization Development & Governance General Manager at Petro Oil & Gas Production Organization and Group Development Manager at Coca-Cola Egypt.

Dr. Dalia holds a PhD in Logistics Management from Ain Shams University, an MBA in HR Management from the Arab Academy of Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, and a BSc in Commerce from Helwan University. Additionally, she is certified in Contracting Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Project Management, further reinforcing her comprehensive career expertise.
